KINKED ALIVE
...... an exciting 4 piece band (Guitar/Bass/Keyboards/Drums), hailing from the deep South of England! On stage they breathe a vibrancy and freshness into the great music of Ray and Dave Davies.
The live shows of KINKED Alive! are full of energy and offer stirring interpretations of KINKS classics. From the excitement of 'You Really Got Me', 'All The Day and All The Night' and 'I Gotta Move' to singalong masterpieces such as 'Lola', 'Sunny Afternoon' and 'Apeman'.
KINKED Alive! also perform beautiful classics like 'I Go To Sleep', 'Set Me Free' and 'See My Friends'.
KINKED Alive! bring these wonderful songs alive with their enthusiastic renditions, and this together with anecdotes and stories of the boys from Muswell Hill, makes for a truly memorable show.
Each member of the band are devotees of The KINKS and bring to the stage decades of live experience, performing across the UK, Europe and indeed the globe!
The preferred sets are 2 x 45 mins, so that the setlist is full of recognisable classics. But we can do 2 x 60 mins if the client would prefer. We put on show i.e. we do two costume changes and during 'Apeman' and other songs a Gorilla joins us for a bit of fun.
